After twelve years of running a Mystery Shopping company in Australia I have decided to use this Blog as a forum to acknowedge positive memorable customer service and care. We always hear people criticising and commenting on poor service, so let's make a difference by writing on this blog when you receive Superior Customer Service anywhere.
